Let us see the wrong ways to respond someone who has lost somebody…
1. You are young, You can manage….
2. It is God’s will…
3. I can understand…
4. You have others/ other kids…
5. Be grateful what you have now.
6. You need to be strong
Now let us see some of the good things to say when someone in grief…
1. My heart goes out to you.
2. Have you got anyone to talk to?
3. Grief is a normal and natural reaction to a loss.
4. I can’t imagine how you feel.
5. How can I help you?
Sometimes it is better to just listen.
It is important not to try to solve it for them.
It is better to be supportive and give hope.
Take time to show we care.
IMPORTANT :
BE A HUMAN AND TREAT THE SIMULATOR AS A REAL PATIENT.
